Who are we?

The A-CENTRA real estate and development group focuses on investments in retail properties, primarily retail parks and retail stores. A-CENTRA is developing a portfolio of dozens of properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It leases over 60 supermarkets to the PENNY Market, BILLA, Albert and JIP chains. A portfolio of ten retail parks operates under the A-CENTRA brand. Property management is handled by its own experienced asset and property management team.
